Welcome to VSA Leiden – the vibrant community for vegans and the vegan-curious in Leiden! Founded on May 12th, 2021, we are the heart of Leiden’s (student) vegan scene, offering a welcoming space for anyone passionate about compassionate living.
At VSA Leiden, we believe that veganism is more than just a diet – it’s a way of connecting with others and having fun! Join us for a variety of social events like movie nights, potlucks, game nights, dinners, picnics, lectures, activism and cooking workshops. We aim to make the vegan journey enjoyable and supportive by providing a platform for like-minded individuals to meet, make friends, and share experiences.
Our mission is to support students in Leiden by creating a community where everyone feels welcome, whether they are vegan or just curious. We know that the social aspect of being vegan can be challenging, so we strive to offer a space where everyone can feel understood and accepted. Not vegan yet? That’s perfectly okay! We welcome everyone interested in learning more about veganism.
